Welcome to OliTick. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the OliTick application during its Beta (Development) phase. By accessing this application, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use OliTick if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
2. Beta Software Disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree that the application is currently in a "Beta" development stage. We provide the software "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the stability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of the application. The application may contain bugs, errors, or other issues which could cause data loss or system failure. We strongly advise that you back up all important data.
OliTick utilizes generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyse, categorise, and suggest refinements for the tasks you input (e.g., smart labelling and "Next Action" hints or Voice-to-Task transcription). By submitting task descriptions or voice data, you explicitly consent to the transmission and processing of this data by our third-party AI service providers (Google / Gemini) for the sole purpose of returning the requested AI features. You should not submit highly sensitive, confidential, or legally protected personally identifiable information (PII) into the task descriptions during this Beta phase.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account (or clear the database entirely without notice) if we detect abuse, or routinely during the course of standard Beta platform maintenance and database migrations.
OliTick and licensors own the intellectual property rights in the application. You may use it for personal focus subject to these terms.
In no event shall OliTick be held liable for any data loss. As a Beta software provided under testing conditions, our maximum liability is zero.
